Semir Ferizaj, one of our peer educators within the Y program “Youth Innovative Approach in Gender-Based Violence Prevention,” expressed his satisfaction with being part of the program and the project “Respecting Diversity as a Tool to Tackling Gender-Based Violence”: “It was a great pleasure for me to participate in the Y program and empower 160 members of the Roma and Egyptian communities. This program not only enabled me to impart knowledge but also to learn alongside peers. The experience as a peer educator reminded me of the importance of teamwork and allowed me to develop new friendships.”
