On July 28, 2020, the Center for Roma Initiatives, in cooperation with the Security Center Nikšić – Department for Domestic Violence and Juvenile Delinquency, realized a workshop for women from the Roma and Egyptian communities.
The workshop was attended by 11 Roma men and women, who on that occasion got acquainted with the ways of reporting and processing cases and presented the problems they face in the community.
The workshop was realized within the Mini Action Plan for the Municipality of Niksic, which was defined within the project “Connectivity of all actors in local communities for social inclusion of Roma and Egyptian women in Montenegro” FAIR III, which is supported by CARE International Balkans and financially by Austrian Development Cooperation and Cooperation of the Czech Republic.
