Strategic Plan Training

In the period from 24th to 26th December 2021 the members of the Center for Roma Initiatives worked on the development of a new “Strategic Plan for the period 2022 – 2025”. The preparation of this document will contribute to the adequate direction of the organization’s work, ensure long-term sustainability of business as well as strengthen the capacity, credibility and professionalism of the organization.

The activity was implemented within the project “Active Involvement of Roma and Egyptian Women in the Prevention of Violence and Child Arranged Marriages in Montenegro” which is implemented within the program “Ending Violence against Women in the Western Balkans and Turkey: Implementing Norms, Changing Minds” funded by the European Union, implemented by the Office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Montenegro and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN WOMEN).
