Education workshops completed in schools in Podgorica and Niksic

On 18^th  19^th  and 22^nd  November in elementary schools “Božidar Vuković Podgoričanin” and “Savo Pejanović” in Podgorica, as well as elementary school “Mileva Lajović Lalatović” and High school for Economy and Catering “Braća Kotarac” in Nikšić 82 non-Roma students (38m, 44f) through interactive communication with the workshop leaders talked about the importance of their support to students from Roma and Egyptian community as well as the importance of equality in order to keep children from the Roma and Egyptian community in primary and secondary schools as long as possible and thus reduce the consequences of child arranged marriage.

The workshops were implemented within the project ‘’Equal access to the realization of children’s rights in the Roma and Egyptian community”, which is financially supported by UNICEF.
