[:bs]U periodu od 14-16 marta i od 28-30 marta 2017., Centar za romske inicijative je organizovao dva dvodnevna seminara za kreiranje Smjernica za postupanje i procesuiranje slučajeva prisilnih brakova u romskoj i egipćanskoj zajednici za potrebe policije, centara za socijalni rad, škola, sudova, i domova zdravlja u Crnoj Gori, na kojima je učešće uzelo po 14 osoba, a koji je bio vođen od strane predstavnice Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Crne Gore. Na pomenutim seminarima učesnici su bili aktivno uključeni u kreiranju Smjernica i kao rezultat seminara, prvi nacrt Smjernica za postupanje i procesuiranje slučajeva prisilnih brakova u romskoj i egipćanskoj zajednici za potrebe policije, centara za socijalni rad, škola, sudova i domova zdravlja u Crnoj Gori je kreiran.
Pomenuta aktivnost realizovana je kao dio projekta “Koordinisanim djelovanjem do suzbijanja nasilja i dječijih brakova u romskoj i egipćanskoj zajednici” koji se sprovodi u saradnji sa predstavništvom UNICEF-a u Crnoj Gori i uz finansijsku podršku EU.Ovaj program dio je višegodišnje regionalne inicijative sa ciljem unapređenja zaštite djece od nasilja i socijalne inkluzije djece sa smetnjama u razvoju, koja se implementira u partnerstvu između UNICEF, European Disability Forum – EDF, EU, i vlada sedam zemalja u procesu pridruživanja EU.[:en]In the period from 14-16th March 2017, and 28-30th March, the Centre for Roma Initiatives organized two two-day seminars for the creation of the Guidance for the treatment and processing of cases of forced marriages in the Roma and Egyptian communities for the needs of the police, social work centres, schools, courts and health centres on which per 14 persons took participation, and which were led by a representative of the Ministry of Interior of Montenegro. At the mentioned seminars the participants were actively involved in the creation of the Guidance, and as the result of the seminar, first draft of the Guidelines for the treatment and processing of cases of forced marriages in the Roma and Egyptian communities for the needs of the police, social work centres, schools, courts and health centres in Montenegro is created.
The mentioned activity was carried out as part of the program “Coordinated action to combat violence and child marriages in Roma and Egyptian Community” which is being implemented in cooperation with UNICEF in Montenegro, with financial support from the EU. This program is part of a multi-year regional initiative with the aim of improving of the protection of children from violence and social inclusion of children with disabilities, which is implemented in partnership between UNICEF, the European Disability Forum – EDF, the EU and the governments of seven countries in the process of the EU accession.[:]
