[:bs]U periodu od 25.- 26.05.2023. godine Centar za romske inicijative je u saradnji sa Centrom za istraživačko novinarstvo Crne Gore (CIN-CG) organizovao dvodnevnu akreditovanu obuku pod nazivom: “Program osnovne obuke stručnih radnika/ca, stručnih saradnika/ca i članova/ica multidisciplanirnih timova za prevenciju i suzbijanje dječjih ugovorenih brakova”.
Pomenutoj obuci prisustvovalo je 20 predstavnika/ca relevantnih institucija iz Berana, Bijelog Polja, Pljevalja i Rožaja (predstavnici/e Centara za socijalni rad, osnovne škole, opštine i Doma starih Bijelo Polje). Učesnici/ce su kroz teorijski i praktični rad imali/e priliku da se upoznaju sa pojmom i karakteristikama dječjeg ugovorenog braka, nacionalnim zakonodavnim okvirima za suzbijanje ove pojave kao i načinima postupanja nadležnih institucija.
Učesnici/e su naveli/e da su dobre strane obuke: praktične vježbe, usvajanje novih saznanja u vezi sa suzbijanjem ugovorenih brakova, mogućnost primjena stečenog znanja u daljem radu i konkretnom slučaju kao i praktični i teorijski primjeri voditelja.
Na osnovu izlaznog testa svi učesnici/e su ispunili/e uslove za dobijanje sertifikata koji se izdaje od strane Zavoda za socijalnu i dječiju zaštitu Crne Gore.
Aktivnost je realizovana u okviru projekta: “RE zajednica: zdravstvo, obrazovanje, zapošljavanje i socijalna prava” koji finansira Evropska unija, a kofinansira Ministarstvo javne uprave, digitalnog društva i medija.
[:en]In the period from 25th to 26th May 2023 the Center for Roma Initiatives in cooperation with the Center for Investigative Journalism of Montenegro (CIN-CG) organized a two-day accredited training program entitled: “Basic training program for professional workers, professional associates and members of multidisciplinary teams for prevention and suppression of child arranged marriages”.
The mentioned training was attended by 20 representatives of relevant institutions from Berane, Bijelo Polje, Pljevlja and Rožaje (representatives of Centers for Social Work, elementary school, Municipality and Home for the Elderly Bijelo Polje). Through theoretical and practical work the participants had the opportunity to become familiar with the concept and characteristics of child arranged marriage, the national legislative framework for combating this phenomenon as well as with the procedures of competent institutions.
The participants stated that the good sides of the training were: practical exercises, acquisition of new knowledge related to the suppression of arranged marriages, the possibility of applying the acquired knowledge in further work and in each specific case as well as practical and theoretical examples of the training leaders.
Based on the exit tests all participants met the requirements for obtaining a certificate issued by the Institute for Social and Child Protection of Montenegro.
The activity was implemented within the project: “RE community: health, education, employment and social rights” financed by the European Union and co-financed by the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media.[:]
