[:bs]Centar za romske inicijative je 21. i 22. 09. 2023. godine u Baru realizovao akreditovanu obuku pod nazivom “Program osnovne obuke stručnih radnika/ca, stručnih saradnika/ca i članova/ica multidisciplinarnih timova za prevenciju i suzbijanje dječjih ugovorenih brakova” na kojoj je učešće uzelo 17 predstavnika/ca relevantnih institucija.
Kroz teorijski i praktični rad sa voditeljima obuke učesnici/ce su imali/e priliku da steknu i unaprijede svoja znanja o karakteristikama i specifičnostima dječjeg ugovorenog braka, nacionalnim zakonodavnim okvirima za suzbijanje ove pojave, postupanjem nadležnih institucija i teorijom promjene u suzbijanju dječjeg ugovorenog braka.
Dvodnevna obuka je realizovana u okviru projekata: ,,Adekvatna reintegracija za žrtve dječijih nedozvoljenih ugovorenih brakova unutar romske i egipćanske zajednice u Crnoj Gori’’ koji je finansijski podržan od strane Dobrovoljnog Fonda UN-a za savremene oblike ropstva i “Promocija ljudskih prava unutar romske i egipćanske zajednice” koji je je dio programa „OCD u Crnoj Gori – od osnovnih usluga do oblikovanja politika – M’BASE” koji sprovodi Centar za građansko obrazovanje (CGO), u partnerstvu sa Fondacijom Friedrich Ebert (FES), NVO Centar za zaštitu i proučavanje ptica Crne Gore (CZIP) i NVO Politikon mreža, a u saradnji sa Ministarstvom javne uprave, digitalnog društva i medija i Kancelarijom za evropske integracije Vlade Crne Gore. Projekat je finansijski podržan od strane Evropske komisije, a posredstvom Delegacije EU u Crnoj Gori.
[:en]On 21st and 22nd September 2023 the Center for Roma Initiatives implemented an accredited training program entitled “Basic training program for professional workers, professional associates and members of multidisciplinary teams for the prevention and suppression of child arranged marriages” which was attended by 17 representatives of relevant institutions.
Through theoretical and practical work with the training leaders the participants had the opportunity to acquire and improve their knowledge about the characteristics and specifics of child arranged marriage, the national legislative framework for combating this phenomenon, the actions of competent institutions and the theory of change in the suppression of child arranged marriage.
The two-day training was implemented within the projects: “Adequate reintegration for victims of illegal child marriages within the Roma and Egyptian community in Montenegro” which is financially supported by the UN Voluntary Fund for Contemporary Forms of Slavery and “Promotion of human rights within the Roma and Egyptian community”, which is implemented by the Center for Roma Initiatives and is supported through the program “CSOs in Montenegro – from basic services to policy formulation – M’BASE” implemented by the Center for Civic Education (CGO), Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), the Center for Protection and Study of Birds of Montenegro (CZIP) and Politikon network.
