Centar za romske inicijative, u saradnji sa Kancelarijom za trgovinu ljudima je u periodu april-oktobar 2016. godine, održao četri forum-teatar predstave na tamu ,,Ugovoreni brakovi“ za predstavnike/ce relevantnih institucija u Bijelom Polju, učenike/ce dvije srednje škole iz Podgorice i žitelje dva romska i egipćanska naselja u Nikšiću. Na pomenutim predstavama učešće je uzelo oko 340 učesnika/ca.
Forum teatar predstave su govorile o životu djevojke kojoj je ugovoren brak i koja je zbog istog morala da napusti osnovnu školu, kao i o nasilju koje je djevojka morala da preživljava u porodici u koju su je roditelji udali.
Prisutni su, tokom trajanja forum-tatara imali prilike da se upoznaju problemom dječijeg ugovorenog braka kao i da se aktivno uključe u rješavanje istog. Pomenutom prilikom, predstavnici institucija su imali prilike da iznose predloge o načinima preventivnog djelovanja na problem dječijeg ugovorenog braka. Na osnovu pomenutih komentara, formirane su preporuke kako bi se u sklopu Strategije za borbu protiv trgovine ljudima 2012-2018 formirao Akcioni plan na lokalnom nivou. Forum-tearar u Podgorici održan je za učenike/učenice dvije srednje škole, koji su oštro osudili svaki vid nasilja koji je prezentovan u predstavi, kao i samo postojanje ugovorenih brakova. Kada je riječ o žiteljima romskih i egipćanskih naselja u Nikšiću, isti su, tokom trajanja predstave najčešće komentarisali da je na žalost ,,predstava realno stanje“ i da je potrebno iskorijeniti slučajeve ugovornih brakova.
Predstave su izvedene od strane predstavnika Centra za romske inicijative- članova forum-teatra, u okviru projekta ,,Zajedničkom borbom do suzbijanja rodno zasnovanog nasilja i dječijih, ugovorenih brakova u romskoj i egipćanskoj zajednici u Crnoj Gori“ koji je podržan od strane OAK fondacije.

Centre for Roma Initiatives, in cooperation with the Office for human trafficking in the period from April to October 2016, held four forum-theater performances on the theme “Arranged marriages ” for representatives of relevant institutions in Bijelo Polje, students of two secondary schools from Podgorica and inhabitants of two Roma and Egyptian settlements in Niksic. The mentioned performances were attended by around 340 persons.
Forum Theater performances showed the life of a girl for whom the marriage is arranged, because of what she had to leave primary school, as well as the violence that the girl had to survive in the family in which her parents married her.
During the forum theatre, presented people had the opportunity to be acquainted with the problem of child arranged marriages and to be actively involved in resolving of this issue. On the mentioned occasion, the representatives of the institutions had the opportunity to present proposals on ways of preventive actions on the problem of child arranged marriages. On the basis of the mentioned comments, the recommendations were formed in order to form Action Plan at the local level within the Strategy for Combating Human Trafficking 2012-2018. Forum-theatre in Podgorica was held for students of two high schools, who firmly condemned any form of violence that was presented in the show, as well as the very existence of arranged marriages. When it comes to the inhabitants of the Roma and Egyptian settlements in Niksic, during the show they mainly commented that unfortunately “the show is the real situation “, and that there is a need to suppress the cases of arranged marriages.
Performances were performed by the representatives of the Center for Roma Initiatives, the members of forum-theater, within the project ,,Through Joint Struggle to Combating of Gender-Based Violence and Child, Arranged Marriages in the Roma and Egyptian Communities in Montenegro “, that is supported by OAK Foundation.
