U periodu od 31.08. do 03.09.2016. godine, Centar za romske inicijative je za 13 učesnika/ca (zaposlenih i volontera/ki Centra za romske inicijative) organizovao trodnevni trening o volonterizmu. Na pomenutom seminaru, koji su vodili predstavnici NVO „Otaharin“ iz Bjeljine, učesnici/ce su stekli iskustva o konceptu volonetrskog servisa, načinu uspostavljanja istog, pri čemu je odrađena i analiza potreba lokalne zajednice za volonterskim programima i napravljen opis konkretnih volonterskih aktivnosti koje su potrebne organizaciji. Prisutnima je predstavljena i Strategija orjentacije i regrutacije volontera, načini za motivaciju, kao i alati za monitoring, superviziju i probni rad volontera. Pomenuti trening organizovan je u okviru projekta: „Unaprjeđenje izgradnje efektivnog volonterskog menadžmenta organizacije“, koji finansira OAK fondacija.

In the period from 31/08 to 03/09/2016 the Centre for Roma Initiatives for 13 participants (employees and volunteers of the Center for Roma Initiatives) organized three-day training on volunteerism. On the above-mentioned seminar, which was conducted by the NGO “Otaharin” from Bjeljina, participants have gained experience about the concept of volunteer service, how to establish it, while the analysis of the needs of the local community for volunteer programs has been done and description of specific volunteer activities that are necessary for organization was made. The strategy of orientation and recruitment of volunteers was presented to the audience, as well as methods of motivation and tools for monitoring, supervision and probation work of volunteers. The mentioned training was organized within the project “Improvement of building of an effective volunteer management of the organization”, that is funded by the OAK Foundation.
