Centar za romske inicijative je u saradnji sa Centrima bezbjednosti Nikšić, Podgorica i Berane i Odjeljenjem bezbjednosti Tivat, povodom 16 dana aktivizma, u okviru projekta ,, „Akcija protiv prisilnih i ranih brakova u romskoj i egipćanskoj zajednici” koji je podržan od strane Američke ambasade u Podgorici, započeo petodnevne aktivnosti ,,Druženje policije sa romskom i egipćanskom djecom koja su u riziku da stupe u dječiji ugovoreni brak“ . Djeca će u toku druženja posjetiti Centre bezbjednosti Nikšić, Podgorica, i odjeljenje bezbjednosti Tivat, dok su pomenute aktivnosti u Centru bezbjednosti Berane već odrađene za 34-oro djece.  Učesnici/ce će tokom druženja  biti upoznati/e sa načinima rada i redovnim aktivnosatima koje obavljaju pripadnici/ce policije. Cilj pomenutih aktivnosti je smanjenje predrasuda i uspostavljanje ,,mosta povjerenja“ između policije i mladih pripadnika/ca romske i egipćanske zajednice.

Danas, 05.12.2016. godine, sedmoro mladih je uzelo učešće u radu saobraćajne patrole i tom prilikom su pored upoznavanja sa radom iste, učesnicima/cama u saobraćaju dijelili su oko 40 kalendara i flajera u okviru kampanje koja se sprovodi na regionalnom nivou u okviru projekta ,,Za aktivnu inkluziju i prava Romkinja na Zapadnom Balkanu II“ pod nazivom ,,Dječiji brak nije tradicija Roma i Romkinja“  koji se sprovodi u partnerstvu sa CARE International iz Bosne i Hercegovine.

Do kraja realizovanja aktivnosti planirano je da se obuhvati oko 115-oro djece.

Center for Roma Initiatives in cooperation with the Security Centers of Niksic, Podgorica, Berane and Security Department of Tivat, on the occasion of 16 Days of Activism, within the project,, “Action against forced and early marriages in Roma and Egyptian communities”, that supported by the US Embassy in Podgorica, started a five-day police activities: ”Socializing of Roma and Egyptian children who are at risk to enter into an arranged marriage with the police”. The children are to visit the Security Centres of Niksic, Podgorica and Security Department of Tivat, while these activities in the Security Center Berane have already been done for 34 children. During the socializing, the participants will get acquainted with ways of work and regular activities performed by members of the police. The aim of the aforementioned activities is to reduce prejudice and establish ”the bridge of trust ” between the police and young members of  Roma and Egyptian communities.

On 05/12/2016, seven young people took part in the work of traffic patrols and on this occasion, in addition to getting acquainted with the work of the patrol, they handed out about 40 calendars and flyers to the traffic participants within the campaign which is being conducted at the regional level within the project ,,For active inclusion and the rights of Roma women in the Western Balkans II” called ,, Child marriage is not tradition of Roma”, which is being implemented in partnership with CARE International in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

By the end of the realization of the activities it is planned about 115 children to undergo the activities.
