Centar za romske inicijative je u toku procesa licenciranja usluga dana 12. 04. 2019. realizovao jednodnevnu internu edukaciju o zaštiti ličnih podataka u skladu sa zakonodavnim i institucionalnim okvirom.

Kroz praktični i teorijski rad članovi/ice organizacije su se upoznali sa nadležnostima Agencije za zaštitu podataka i slobodnom pristupu informacijama. Učesnici/ce su stekli/e vještine o evidenciji zbirki i upoznali se sa značajem izrade inernog pravilnika o zaštiti podataka ličnosti. Organizacija je uz mentorske usluge izradila zbirke u skladu sa oblastima rada i usluga koje pruža korisnicima/ama, kao i pravilnik o zaštiti ličnih podataka.

Pomenuta obuka realizovana je kroz projekat “Priprema i jačanje organizacije za otvaranje kriznog centra za žrtve dječiih ugovorenih brakova” koji je podržan od strane Kancelarije Programa Ujedinjenih nacija za razvoj (UNDP) u Crnoj Gori.

On 12 April 2019, the Center for Roma Initiatives realized one-day internal education on the protection of personal data in accordance with the legislative and institutional framework in the process of licensing services.

Through practical and theoretical work, members of the organization were introduced to the responsibilities of the Agency for Data Protection and Free Access to Information. The participants gained the skills of registering collections and became acquainted with the importance of drafting a general rulebook on personal data protection. The organization has developed collections in accordance with the fields of work and services that it provides to beneficiaries, as well as the rules on the protection of personal data.

The training was realized through the project “Preparing and strengthening the organization for opening a crisis center for victims of child marriage”, which was supported by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Office in Montenegro.
