[:bs]21.03.2018. godine održan je Marš u Podgorici u okviru kampanje “I prava Romkinja su ljudska prava” povodom mjesec dana Romskog ženskog aktivizma na kome je učešće uzelo oko 60 Roma/kinja, Egipćana/ki i predstavnika/ca NVO iz Nikšića i Podgorice, koje su ispred Ministarstva pravde, Vrhovnog državnog tužilaštva, Vrhovnog suda, Skupštine i Vlade Crne Gore ukazali na zahtjeve koje pomenute institucije moraju da izmjene u djelu dječijih ugovorenih brakova.
Nakon Marša, sekretarka Ministarstva pravde gospođa Nada Stanišić je primila predstavnicu Centra za romske inicijative (CRI) gospođu Fanu Deliju, koja je istu upoznala sa problemima sa kojima se susrećemo u radu povodom podrške i pomoći maloljetnim djevojčicama romske i egipćanske populacije u cilju suzbijanja pojave dječijih ugovorenih brakova, koja negativno utiče na njihovo fizičko i mentalno zdravlje, povećava sveukupno siromaštvo i lišava ih prava na normalno djetinjstvo, kao i to da je neophodna analiza zakonodavnog okvira i ponovno sagledavanje bića krivičnog djela trgovina ljudima predviđenog članom 444 Krivičnog zakonika Crne Gore. Tim povodom je predala zahtjev za izmjenu i dopunu Krivičnog zakonika Crne Gore.
Navedena aktivnost realizovana je u saradnji sa Crnogorskim ženskim lobijem u okviru projekta “Za aktivnu inkluziju i prava Romkinja na Zapadnom Balkanu II” koji je partnerski podržan od strane CARE International i finansijski podržan od strane Austrian Development Cooperation.[:en]
On 21.03.2018. within the campaign “Roma women rights are human rights too” on the occasion of the Month of Roma Women Activism, a March was held in Podgorica, where about 60 Roma and Egyptian men and women, as well as representatives of non-governmental organizations from Nikšić and Podgorica took part, who in front of the Ministry of justice, Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office, Supreme court, Assembly and the Government of Montenegro, pointed out the demands regarding changing of the work of the mentioned institutions in cases of child arranged marriages.
After the March, the secretary of Ministry of Justice, Mrs. Nada Stanišić welcomed the representative of Center for Roma initiatives Mrs. Fana Delija, who acquainted her with the problems that we face when it comes to support and help we provide to juvenile girls of Roma and Egyptian population in order to repress the occurrences of child arranged marriages, which is affecting their mental and physical health in a negative way, increasing overall poverty and depriving them of their right to normal childhood. They also discussed the need of the analysis of legislative framework and the re-examination of criminal offense of human trafficking determined by the Article 444 of Legal Code of Montenegro. On that occasion she delivered a demand for the change and addition of the Legal Code of Montenegro.
The mentioned activity was realized in cooperation with the Montenegro Women Lobby as part of the project “For Active Inclusion and Rights of Roma Women in the Western Balkans II”, which is implemented in partnership with CARE International and financially supported by the Austrian Development Cooperation.
