U periodu od 25.11. do 01.12.2016. godine Centar za romske inicijative je u Nikšiću, Podgorici i Beranama organizovao tri poslovna ručka sa 20 članova/ica Multidisciplinarnih timova za prevenciju i zaštitu od nasilja u porodici, na kojima smo razgovarali o preduzetim aktivnostima od strane CRI-a i članova/ica Koalicije, a koje se tiču suzbijanja nasilja u porodici i dječijih ugovorenih brakova u zajednici Roma i Egipćana.  Zaključeno da je od velikog značaja da se u rad postojećih timova u Beranama i Podgorici uključe pripadnice romske i egipćanske nacionalnosti koje bi kroz rad u timovima doprinijele adekvatnijem rješavanju slučajeva.

Aktivnosti su realizovane  u okviru projekta ,, Za aktivnu inkluziju i prava Romkinja na Zapadnom Balkanu II“ koji je podržan od strane Austrian Development Cooperation, a sprovode se u partnerstvu sa CARE International.

In the period from 25/11 to 12/01/2016, the Center for Roma Initiatives organized three business lunches in Niksic, Podgorica and Berane, on which 20 members of Multi-disciplinary teams for prevention and protection from domestic violence were present, where we talked about the activities undertaken by the CRI and members of Coalition concerning combating of domestic violence and child contracted marriages in the community of Roma and Egyptians. It was concluded that it would be of great importance to include members of Roma and Egyptian nationality in the work of existing teams in Berane and Podgorica, so that they may contribute to more adequate resolving of cases.

Activities were carried out as the part of the project: ”For the active inclusion and the rights of Roma women in the Western Balkans II”, which is supported by the Austrian Development Cooperation and implemented in partnership with CARE International.
