[:bs]Promocija video zapisa “Istine i predrasude o Romima/kinjama”[:en]Promotional video “Truths and prejudices about Roma women and men”[:]

[:bs]Karakteristično je da većinska populacija gaji predrasude prema Romima/kinjama, dok sa druge strane isti/e pristaju na to i zbog toga ostaju na marginama društva i tako ulaze u začarani krug predrasuda i diskriminacije, neki su od zaključaka učesnika/ca. Stoga je na Međunarodni dan žena, 08.03.2022.godine, u prostorijama JU OŠ “Radomir Mitrović” i Srednje stručne škole “Vukadin Vukadinović”, Berane kroz 4 radionice promovisan video zapis “Istine i predrasude o Romima/kinjama” na kojem je učešće  uzelo 98 učenika/ca i nastavnika/ca (51m 47ž).

Aktivnosti su dio projekata „Smanjenjem diskriminacije prema romskoj i egićanskoj zajednici” koji se sprovodi uz finansijsku podršku Američke ambasade u Podgorici.

[:en]It is typical that the majority of the population harbors prejudices against Roma women and men while on the other hand the Roma population accept it and therefore remain on the margins of society and enter the vicious circle of prejudice and discrimination. Those are some of the conclusions of the participants. On the International Women's Day, March 8 2022, in the premises of the Elementary School “Radomir Mitrovic” and Secondary Vocational School “Vukadin Vukadinovic”, Berane, through 4 workshops, the video “Truths and Prejudices about Roma Women and Men’’ was promoted. 98 students and teachers (51m 47f) took part.

The activities are part of the project “Reducing Discrimination against the Roma and Egyptian Community” which is implementing with the financial support of the US Embassy in Podgorica.
