[:bs]Dana 10.06.2023. godine Centar za romske inicijative je realizovao 5 informativnih sesija za 52 pripadnika/ce romske i egipćanske zajednice na temu zapošljavanja u Podgorici.

Na pomenutim sesijama učesnici/ce su imali/e priliku da se informišu i upoznaju sa svojim pravima i načinima ostvarivanja svojih prava iz oblasti rada, da shvate značaj obrazovanja koje je ključ pri zapošljavanju kao i da se upoznaju sa predrasudama, diskriminacijom i mobingom od strane poslodavaca. Voditelji informativnih sesija su motivisali učesnike/ce o značaju zapošljavanja, ukazali na prednosti i benefite zapošljavanja za razliku od materijalnog davanja i pružili informacije o uslugama Centra za romske inicijative prilikom zapošljavanja i povezivanja sa poslodavcima.

Na informativnim sesijama učesnici/ce su iznijeli/e probleme sa kojima se suočavaju kao što su: nedostatak dokumentacije, činjenicu da ih poslodavci najčešće zapošljavaju na način što im plate dnevnicu, to da ne potpisuju ugovore o djelu ili radu kao i određene primjere diskriminacije.

Pomenuta aktivnost je realizovana kroz projekat “Smanjenjem predrasuda do jednakih mogućnosti u crnogorskom društvu” koji je podržan od strane Ministarstva ljudskih i manjinskih prava.

[:en]On 10^th June 2023 the Center for Roma Initiatives held 5 informative sessions for 52 members of the Roma and Egyptian community on the topic of employment in Podgorica.

At the aforementioned sessions the participants had the opportunity to be informed and introduced to their rights and ways of exercising their rights in the field of work, to understand the importance of education which is the key to employment as well as to learn about prejudices, discrimination and mobbing by employers. The leaders of the informative sessions motivated the participants about the importance of employment, pointed out the advantages and benefits of employment in contrast to material giving and provided information about the services of the Center for Roma Initiatives in employment and connecting with employers.

At the informative sessions the participants presented the problems they face such as: lack of documentation, the fact that employers usually hire them by paying them per diem, that they do not sign labor or work contracts as well as certain examples of discrimination.

The mentioned activity was implemented through the project “Reducing prejudice to equal opportunities in Montenegrin society”, which is financially supported by the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights.[:]
