Centar za romske inicijative je 17. aprila 2015. godine organizovao dva izvođenja Forum teatar predstave „Nametnuta sudbina“.

Predstavu je izvodila grupa sačinjena od sedam amaterskih glumaca/ica romske i egipćanske populacije i džoker Mostarskog teatra mladih, gospodin Sead Đulić, koji je vodio i režirao istu.

Cilj predstave bio je ukazivanje na problem dječijih ugovorenih brakova u romskoj i egipćanskoj zajednici, kao i pronalaženje načina za rješavanje ovog problema.

Predstave koje su održane u romskim/egipćanskim naseljima Riversajd i Talum odgledalo je oko 45-oro stanovika/ca tih naselja i veliki broj djece od 5 do 16 godina.

Predstava je ispraćena mnogobrojnim komentarima, od kojih bismo izdvojili sledeće: “Na žalost ovo se dešava, čak ste čak ste blago prikazali scenu u odnosu na to kakvih ima slučajeva nasilja u porodici i dječijih brakova“, „Neke kćerke same traže tako, bolje da ih mi udamo nego da nam one same bježe i uzmu nam obraz“,“Šta će im škola da brže nauče na facebook-u da nalaze momke“, “Nijesu svi očevi takvi, neke cure mi saljemo u školu i ne možemo na silu udavati kćerke“, „Djevojke treba rano udavati da odrastaju sa mužem, pa ce se zavoljeti“.

Izvođenja predstava realizovana su uz finansijsku podršku OAK fondacije i NVO “Ruža”.[:en]

Center for Roma Initiatives on 17th of April of 2015 organized two Forum Theatre performances “Imposed destiny”.

The play was performed by a group made up of seven amateur actors of Roma and Egyptian population and wildcard from Youth Theatre of Mostar, Mr. Sead Đulić, who led and directed the performances.

The aim of the show was to point out the problem of child contracted marriages in Roma and Egyptian communities, as well as to find ways for solving of these problems.

Performances that were held in Roma / Egyptian settlements Riverside and Talum were watched by about 45 inhabitants of these settlements and a large number of children from 5 to 16 years.

The performance was followed by numerous comments, of which we would single out the following: “Unfortunately, this happens, and you even slightly showed the scene in relation to what kind of cases of domestic violence and child marriages exists”, “Some daughters themselves want so, it is better for us to marry them than they themselves to flee and bring us to shame”, ” What they need school for? To learn faster to find boyfriends on facebook?”, “Not all fathers are like that, some girls we send to school and we should not force our daughters to get married “, “Girls should get married early so they could grow up with their husbands, and then later to fall in love with them. “
