– Sekcija Crna Gora uz finansijsku podršku OAK fondacije.

On the basis of the conversation with the participants of the seminar, as well as making of recommendations, we could conclude that there are still present prejudices and stereotypes in the community towards members of the Roma and Egyptian communities as well as among the police officers. Some of the prejudices are as follows: “Roma and Egyptians are mostly thieves, they are negligent people are rude,” etc.
Some of the recommendations that are recognized by the officials as very important is the importance of the involvement of adult members of Roma and Egyptian population in the educational system, as well as adequate enforcement of legislative frameworks in the prevention of domestic violence and child arranged marriages.
