[:bs]Trodnevni trening za mlade pripadnike/ce romske i egipćanske zajednice[:en]Three-day training for young members of the Roma and Egyptian community[:]

[:bs]Trodnevnim treningom 18 vršnjačkih edukatora/ki iz Nikšića, Podgorice i Berana u periodu od 17.do 19.03.2023.godine su prošli/e dva modula treninga koji su vodili jedan voditelj i jedna voditeljka sa stečenim sertifikatima za vođenje treninga u skladu sa programom Y. Tom prilikom mladi su imali mogućnost da kroz interaktivnu komunikaciju savladaju vještine primjene programa Y kao i da razumiju značaj rodne ravnopravnosti. Kroz praktične vježbe kao i kroz lične primjere pripremljen je video zapis kojim mladi šalju poruke.

Dva modula treninga su realizovana u okviru projekta:,,Ravnopravnošću do ostvarivanja prava Romkinja i Egipćanki u Crnoj Gori’’ uz finansijsku podršku Ministarstva ljudskih i manjinskih prava (oblast rodne ravnopravnosti)

  EDUKATORI

 [:en]In a three-day training session 18 peer educators from Nikšić, Podgorica and Berane in the period from 17^th to 19^th March 2023 completed two training modules led by one female and one male leader with certificates for conducting training in accordance with program Y. On that occasion, young people had the opportunity to master skills of applying the Y program through interactive communication as well as to understand the importance of gender equality. Through practical exercises as well as through personal examples a video was prepared in which young people send messages.

Two training modules were implemented as part of the project: “Through equality to achieving the rights of Roma and Egyptian women in Montenegro” with the financial support of the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights (area of gender equality).[:]
