A final meeting within the project “Prevention of Early Marriages Among Vulnerable Groups”

On November 14, 2019, the Center for Roma Initiatives held a final meeting within the project “Prevention of Early Marriages Among Vulnerable Groups” which was realized with support of Permanent mission of France to OSCE headquarters in Vienna and OSCE office in Montenegro, from april to august this year in Podgorica.

In addition to OSCE representatives and the Center for Roma Initiatives, the said meeting was attended by 12 Roma and Egyptian activists( confidential persons) from Niksic, Podgorica, Bijelo Polje and Herceg Novi and on that occasion the realized activities, achieved results and recommendations in further work were presented.

The French embassy’s adviser on European integration as well as OSCE representatives, in their conversion, stressed the importance of the realized project and the continuous work on the prevention of child arranged marriages.
